ITAU BANK - TOKPAG

What I've learned:
I participated actively in the beginning of the digital transformation in Itaú. During this period, new product and business development cells were created bringing the concept of startup into the company. Aceleratech was one of the main partners helping first team's to work on this new model and I was part of this story.
As a User Experience Strategist, I was able to experience the power of the lean startup philosophy to empower the use of the Tokpag application (mobile application for iOS and android that makes use of peer-to-peer technology to provide fast transfers between contacts).

Main projects
- Development of the navigation map in order to simplify it.
- Development of new application positioning and new features (market observation, consumer understanding and metrics analysis) to increase the application functionalities offered.
- Conceptualization of projects based on design thinking methodologies with consumer understanding, market observation, prototyping, interfacing with IT areas for implementation, and KPI’s monitoring.

Main Results achieved
- Elimination of 98% of the barriers in the first use.
