I put into practice the main roles of a Product Owner with backlogs structuring, features prioritization and Quality Assurance development. In addition to experiencing the Scrum methodology, I learned how good interaction with the developers, business and marketing teams are important for the project’s success. In this period, many insights and new methodologies were use such as the Business Canvas Model for new strategy and new positioning actuation. In this project, I reported directly to the executive board with directors of the business areas, digital channels and IT. A very good challenge to develop my crisis management skills and dealing with interests conflicts, besides get better on executive presentation techniques. This experience was important to increase my knowledge on the digital transformation importance.
